With a holistic approach and a person-centred care I am offering help for any emotional issues, like anxiety, phobias, addictions, improving lifestyle and well-being, eating dissorders (including weight loss)…

My services are meant for everyone who is going through emotional struggles, also in relationships, at work or parenting. I combine hypnotherapy with energy healing for emotional processing and finding the roots of the problem to heal it there, where it came from.

What is a Personal Healing Process?

Personal Healing Process is a series of hypnotherapies and emotional processes (and other techniques, if you choose them) where I guide you to do work on yourself. You will discover your subconscious beliefs and patterns, emotions, habits and reactions.  Healing always means to release all what is not really ours, and never was. It is like peeling an onion, layer by layer. The more we clear and heal, the easier and better is our experience of life. It brings us in connection with our highest self, our real self. Our mind expands and we understand more and more about our situations, ourselves and our future path.

The techniques I use are strong and many times life changing. Some of them I developed myself through my healing experiences. Others are my own version of knowledge I gathered and now practice in a way that makes sense to me, and with which I can see good results with my clients.

Mostly people do it once every week, but that is not a rule. You can have a session once on two weeks or we make another agreement that suits you the best.

Usually sessions consist:  emotional process and next week after that the hypnotherapy. So in two sessions you can deeply heal one emotional pattern. In your process you can choose also other techniques  (releasing ties, crystal healing, healing art, regression therapy…).

What techniques can be used in a Personal Healing Process?


Hypnotherapy is used to heal different types of phobias, change bad habits, boost self confidence and aid in the healing of past traumas and issues. We can change our subconsious beliefs and patterns, emotional states, addictions and more…

Hypnosis is a perfectly natural state of the mind; you are not asleep nor semi-conscious but aware of what is going on around you during the session. Hypnotherapy is known to give results when an individual wants to see real change in his or her life.

Emotional processing

With this technique is possible to really come to the roots of your problems, wherever they are. With observing and accepting the emotion you can then release it on a very deep level. Within this session you can remember things that you have forgotten, memories that shaped your subconscious patterns and beliefs, behaviours and reactions. And what is most important, you can stop to identify yourself with difficult emotions and learn to release them yourself as well. It is a great tecnique to handle any emotional state. At the end of the session you can receive energy healing as well.

Natural-intuitive energy healing

This is an energy healing to heal your chakras, clear away foreign energies and entities, heal your aura, connect you with the earth and your guidance and bring your energy back to you. It is an essential part of what I do and the way I heal.

Releasing negative energetic ties

I advise everyone to release ties with their parents first of all, because most of our mindset and patterns originate from our childhood. Another important one is to release ties with our ex partners and any person who has influenced us strongly. With this therapy we release negative interpersonal connections through which we are taking energy from each other.  Our love with this person, our soul connection, is not affected. This therapy takes two weeks of work on your own (15 minutes a day) and a final process where we remove ties together.

Releasing mental and emotional patterns

To clear the patterns is similar to releasing emotions. They are mostly ideas, beliefs, fears etc, which we took as ours and are now active in our subconscious, thus ruling our life experience. Like how we react in certain situations, or how we behave in front of someone who we like (this works great to overcome problems in relationships). Even diseases can be observed and released in this way. To release mental patterns and clear out false ideas about ourselves and the world is necessary in order to change what we attract into our lives, what kind of relationships we create, and how we deal with challenges. It’s the answer to the question “why is this always happening to me?”.

Guided meditations

Basically every process is a form of guided meditation, but apart from that I will show you how to stay connected, how to be in your body with your full awareness, and how to just calm down when you need it.

Autogenic training

This is a semi-hypnotic technique which brings you through sensations of warmth and heaviness in a deeply relaxed state. In this state I will give you positive affirmations which we will choose together before the session starts. In this deep meditative state all affirmations goes deep into the subconscious.

Regression therapy

This is a therapy to rediscover the past. It can be from this life, and/or from past lives. When you have a repeating problem it is good to find its root and heal it there. Within every session I guide you and help you to completely let go of all what comes up. You don’t need to personally believe in past lives for this to work. Whatever comes up in the regression represents how you feel in your subconscious and the images you see will help you to heal.
